Fine threads in Aluminum - Not including Pipe threads. The thermistor was
one 
instance. Of course, the thermistor was only used on some Corvairs. The
other 
instance of fine threads in aluminum was used on more Corvairs, but still
not 
on every Corvair, except for two years when it was used on all models and 
engines. Any guesses? - Seth

I would guess spark plugs,or would they be considered pipe thread? how
about oil pressure switch?
