Norm,
I found this on page 5E-1 of the 1965 body manual:
Folding Top Compartment Side Trim Panel - 10567 and 10767 styles.
1. Remove rear seat cushion and rear seat back as described .....
2. Remove exposed attaching screws at front and rear of assembly and
remove from body
3. To install, reverse removal procedures
I'm new to Corvairs, so if this isn't what you wanted, sorry - I tried..
