<VV> no lights or gauges

Very likely - at least for the dash lights - that the problem is the ground
strap.  Do NOT need to remove the instrument cluster for that.  Just freshen
up the connection at the bottom of the dash, the first screw left of the
steering column.

Attachments are scanned with anti-virus software.
