Hey Tim,
If your oil filter lines up (front to back) with your motor mount, you have
a problem that I've not yet encountered!
Sure hope it NEVER happens. Now, the fuel pump IS - more or less - in line
with the motor mount.
If the car was rear-ended, it COULD (read that - probably would) change the
gap between the oil filter and the rear frame rail to the point that a
(correct size) belt will not pass without loosening the oil filter bolt.
Complete removal of oil filter? -I don't think so because if they were THAT
close the filter would have a hole rubbed in the side of it.
Attachments are scanned with anti-virus software.
