Nope !!! At times da Chuckster sneaks out and makes midday runs to assist
moving CORSA members eliminate additional moving chores. <GGG> Norm
Schuessler, former president of the North Texas club has been living in metro
Atlanta for the past 7 years. His company has put him under great job pressure
and in the process limited his Corvair activities to basically zero. Norm 
called me
a couple of weeks ago about getting his little red 64 coupe ready to move. 
I was
more than a little shocked when I found out he had lived here so long and I 
had
never heard from him nor gotten the chance to meet him. He assured me that it
basically wouldn't have mattered since he wasn't able to be home long enough to
enjoy his Corvair. As it turned out, he was able to tinker with his car and 
get it
running well enough to be transported to his new home in Spartanburg SC. Last
Friday I received a call from Norm asking if myself or anyone in the 
Atlanta club would like
a complete rebuildable 64 110/PG engine and a complete early AC unit. I replied
that I would be right over whenever it was convenient. On Saturday I hooked 
up my little
utility trailer to the back of da Brier and we were soon loading the engine 
(with a
complete fitch cart) on the trailer and the AC pieces in da Brier. I 
thanked Norm
and urged him to join a club or two in SC + NC. He feels like he may 
finally be able
to have a little time to socialize and drive his Corvair so you Carolina 
folks make him
feel welcome as he and his wife are good folks. How's that Boss ???
