<VV> New list software

I just completed moving over the VV subscribers to the new list 
software, Mailman.  You should have all received a message with a 
subject like "Welcome to the "VirtualVairs" mailing list" with a 
password and some URLs for setting options and general list info.  One 
of the more interesting ones not in that e-mail is:
