If urine has penetrated fabric it will have to be cleaned to extract all the
dried salts. They obsorb moisture from the air and re-odor. Basically
thoroughly wet clean everything that you can get to first. Then if you can find
somone with an ozone generator run a hose from it into the closed up interior for
a couple of hours. The ozone is three oxygen molecules and tries to revert
back to the basic two molecules by attaching itself to something and changing
the chemical composition. Someone who does fire or smoke restoration in your
area should have one. Until you eliminate all the urea crystals and then treat
with ozone you will continue to have this problem. I have seen guys actually
pressure wash the seats and set them out in the sun to dry. Hope this helps.
ps You might want to put vaseline on the rubber trim if you ozone for a
prolonged time since it can break down the rubber.
