Mark - - -You might check with a local company that does fire damage repair.  
They may have a solution.  
Also if you have access to an ozone machine, they will take strong odors out 
of a room.
If all else fails, you might take the seats, carpet and door panels out of 
the car and seal everything with undercoat type sealer.  Good luck - - -Dick
