stay away from flood cars!  even freshwater ones. there were a lot of them 
around  southern ny state after the1972 floods.  you have not lived till you fix 
instruments that hairsprings rusted thru or had a seat spring rust out and 
stab you in the cheek  driving down the road...or strange electrical problems or 
seen leads rust off electrical parts in radios etc i could go on a long time 
on this one..  i bought a 63 vette convert that was cleaned up flood car 
once...i could write a book on it.  parts car maybe but not many good parts ,i bet. 
squeaks in front suspension that cant be fixed ..on and on
