Keith, use a small bolt like a 10x32 long enough to go through the intake
opening and stick out the vacumm tube far enough to get a nut on it. You will
probably have to grind the head of the bolt down just so it fits the vacumm
tube hole. Put a vise grip on the nut and tap the vise grips with a hammer and
it should come right out. Then you can go through that same hole and knock out
the expansion plug on the opposite side of the intake opening.  If you are
very careful you can use the tube and plug over again.
