<VV> Engine/Body question

I was wondering if someone could confirm this.

My Corsa was build in February 1965 according to the build-sheet. The 
body number is 107675W207844.
I have, what I believe to be, the original engine which has the numer 
T0215RL. I've heard the theory that that means it's engine number 15 
produced in February (either '65/'66)

The question is simple. What do you think, do they belong to each other?
