I gotta defend my '72 Pinto hatchback .... pretty solid, fun to push hard,
little german 2.0 ran it's guts out for me, terrific shifting 'box,   ...
110K miles at 92 mph (it's top speed ) ; it did what it was supposed to do,
and more ....
I like to think it's still out there, 3 cylinders, muffler dragging, wheel
wells rusted out ....
