I am not terribly fond of the rule; however, those are the rules and 
thus I put bias ply tires on my Corvair to ensure I did not receive 
the deductions for radials and returned them to radials once I got my 
Senior Award.  We shouldn't expect the AACA to change their rules just 
because we feel it is unfair to a few.  A few people feel the trailer 
rule at CORSA is unfair but no one is changing ti because the majority 
of folks don't feel taht way.  SAme applies to the AACA radial tire 
rule.
