<VV> Corvair Rampside spotted

A friend of mine who lives in Colorado, sent me a photo of a Rampside he saw 
in Manitou Springs this afternoon.  It appears to be black with a gray or 
silver roof and side insert.  It has western mirrors, a spotlight on the 
drivers side, air horns mounted on the roof and exhaust stacks coming up 
behind the cab.  Anybody on VV own this FC?
