The popular one is "Car Facts", you can find their site on the web, but be 
advised, I have found holes in their data.  If it's there, you can be sure there 
was an issue, if it's "clean" you still might have some history but they have 
some kind of guarantee to "protect" you.

Is there a site I can go to, to look up service/collision history of a
vehicle by plugging in the vin?  We're talking fairly new vehicle.
