Now that you mention it, I'll bet it is, I noticed it moving, and not only did it
seem a little 'undamped', I was thinking that WOT should drop the vacuum.
I'll add the vacuum pump to my late Christmas wish list, and see what happens
if I clamp off the vacuum advance line.
