If you cannot afford to move to a southern climate, find Prestone, Rain X, the
purple or green stuff, or a brand of windshield wash that is guaranteed to at
least 34* below zero. You can add a bottle of Prestone Deicer to any of them
to help it out too.
I also suggest Rain X or Aquapel to coat the windows. My Minnesota Heritage
starts me thinking winter at the end of September so winter wiper blades make
sense too.
For anti-fog on the inside of the windows use Bon Ami cleanser to clean them.
