Hi
I live in the high desert (hesperia) and I am looking for a 62 coupe to give
to my future husband as a wedding gift. When we met in high school we both
drove corvairs and his was hit in 1996 and ruined. Do you know of one for
sale? It dosent have to be show quality at all but running at least and with
decent body, because I plan to have it painted maroon and white with white
interior the same way it was in high school. ANY help you can give would be greatly
appreciated : )

Sherry.

We have a National email group called Virtual Vairs. I can post your request
there if you would like. Then you would receive replies directly from them.

Let me know.

One question. Does it have to be a '62 or would any Early Series Coupe be
OK. The 62 was
a nice car. My first Corvair was a '62 Monza coupe but the 63 is nearly
identical and the '64
looks much the saem but is mechanically superior.

Let me know how I can help you.

BTW - We have members that live out your way and would be happy to help out
also. In fact
our treasurer lives in Hesperia.
