Not Funny to me!

Driving down the road with all this black crap flying off the inside of the 
roof, of course equipped with an ULTRA---read missing headliner, I just 
don't miss the crap.
A good  sanding, followed by Rustoleum primer and paint, and an application 
of "brownbread", and until the interior is painted, will do nicely till the 
headliner is installed
