There IS a bump in value for a car with a known provenance or a celebrity history, but it's usually less than 20% unless you're talking about a "known car"
(like James Dean 550 is priceless) or a VERY BIG celebrity known for cars (like Elvis). I'd say a Leno or Tim Allen car wouldn't carry much more than the
standard 10-20% premium.... and even then only to somebody that really cared.
So let's be generous and say 20%... what's that on a rusty '64 vert?
In any case, I wouldn't expect "billions and billions" (sorry, couldn't resist ;-) )
