I don't need the rev limiter.  the car will idle and
rev well just the way it is...I don't particularly
plan on racing, but I do want a bit of a hotter and
more thorough spark.  this car will be street, and I
will probably take some trips in it, as well as maybe
show up some jap-crap kids.
