John,
When I lost a seat on the 180, I removed the head, took it to a machine
shop and had them disassemble, clean, and test all seats at 450 degrees.
They only had to replace the seat that had dropped, and two guides to bring
everything back into spec. Charged me $125. Also, the dropped seat was
intact. It had not caused any chamber damage. You need to get it off, look
it over and get an estimate on fixing vs replacing with another head.
