<VV> Tele column parts

My 65 tele column is missing a few small parts and I wanted to find out if
anyone had a spare that they are willing to part with.  I am looking for the
canceling cam, the large spring that fits on top of the canceling cam, and
probably the horn spring that fits with the cancelling cam.  In clark's used
catalog, these are parts numbers cu1888, cu1889, and cu1904 (numbers2,3,and
18 in the picture on page 30-used).  Thanks for any help or leads.

Does anyone know if the upper bearings are interchangable with the standard
column or have an extra bearing?
