<VV> Ignition wires

Concerning my 61 Rampside with 65 engine, some PO wired the yellow
cable coming from the starter to the yellow cable at the front
side of the "little horrid plastic thingie", which then feeds the
resistance wire to the coil.

There is no other cable going to coil +. My 63 Corvan has the
additional "if starting then 12 V to coil" cable. Was this a later
than 61 feature? In the 61 assembly manual I see one cable only.

BTW, I really love the improved wire diagram layout of the 63 shop
manual in contrast to the 61 version.
