<VV> Late Model Wiper Park Position

It sounds as if there must be at least SOME slop in the linkage and the
downward momentum is carrying them past the normal park position. There is
no adjustment that I'm aware of other than putting them on the shafts at
approx 2" above the lower windshield molding. If that is not working for
you, try setting them a notch higher above the molding OR double check the
linkage to be certain that you have no play in the mechanism.
