Subject: <VV> Corvair in Hot Rod
I was just browsing through the new September "Hot Rod" and came across
a small item regarding a "Corvair Supercar" being built by Mike Gelb of
Matworks in Alpharetta (Atlanta) GA (page 41). There is just a simple
line drawing of the chopped-topped, turboed, small-block, mid-engined
car with a "quick-release tubular rear subframe that will allow
overnight engine swaps from the streetable engine to the killer race
unit."
Anyone know this guy or anything about this car?
