<VV> snapped bolts-part 2

Well, some success; the hardest (accessible) one came out using the
weld-a-nut-to-the-stud method. Took about 5 'welded' nuts to get one that
had enough holding power to back out the broken bolt. But it came out. One
of two. The other one went thru 8 welded nuts (all sheared off) before I
finally got 100 of movement. I've shut down for the night, as I'm getting
frustrated, and that spells trouble, so I'll tackle it again tomorrow.
