It used to be to find Frozen Sheared Bolts you had to wait until 
summertime and then usually go to some local fair like the Timber 
Carnival or Annual Snipe Hunt  or some such event. But thanks to modern 
refrigeration and distribution, we enjoy Frozen Sheared bolts year round 
and can even pick them up at the local Quicky Mart.
