<VV> Electric Oil Pressure gauge/Oil cooling

A fiber washer between your oil filter Adapt-a-bolt
and the filter mount housing WILL cause the
sender/electric oil pressure gauge to fail-EVEN if you
have a body ground at the gauge--chased that gremlin
for hours!!!!  

EMPI products has several oil coolers designed for VW
buggies-  the one I bought is 11"x13"x4" with a
reversible high speed fan included in this sandwiched
package  -very nice looking unit---  BugPack Products
has a 180 degree electric inline thermostat that works
great in combination with this cooler.  Clark has an
adapter to bolt in place of the stock oil cooler.

Want some real fun- pour a little puddle of oil under
the engine of your buddie's well prepared Corvair-then
watch while he tries to find the leak---happened at
Heart of Texas last Saturday!!!!!-- Almost as much fun
as sticking tape on the bottom of all four of your
cat's feet--- Hey!- I live in the country- ya gotta
