<VV> Survey: Spare Engines

We have about 200 used engines in stock,but all are unknown condition.I will
bet that 50 of them will run.We just don't have any time to try and start
all of them.
We sell them as cores,and if they run,that is a bonus.
I am sure this situation is the same with many vendors,
