Yes it does! [ to me]  gg   VA's are much better off coming "in"  
late..rather than early...

Many say their engines are gutless unless the VA  is working.....I say 
BS.....when you accelerate...you have little to NO  VA  signal from the port [ 
horizontal on carb ]
