<VV> SWUC Part Needed

Hello,
I supplied a part for Hank's car, so now I am hoping someone out there 
might return the favor for our ULTRA Corsa.  I need a PCV tube for our 140, 
the upper one, that plugs into the base of the air cleaner.  I have about 
15 of them for a non140 engine.  I want to put a 140 stock air cleaner on. 
Anyone have one they will part with for a reasonable cost?  It does not 
have to be pretty, I can bead blast and paint it.   It is clarks part 
number cu533.
