It depends on what e-mail program you are using, but generally you can either:

 - Just drag from a folder into the message
 - Click the paperclip icon to bring up a window that will let you choose a file.

Please just a couple photos, if you have a whole album use one of the online photo albums.  If you want to do video put them up on YouTube and post a link.  Thanks.
