I also miss the "V-8 Registry," and want to keep something going. Several months I asked those interested to contribute pictures and information about their cars. My idea was to maybe have a focus every month, wheels, brakes, cooling, etc., until Arch got things going. It sort of fizzled. Only time will tell if there is enough interest to have an online home for Corvairs with alternative engines. It makes me even more appreciative of Russ Brandenburg's efforts for all those years. Arch is a great guy and I don't want to bug him but a word from him about his intentions would be nice.

So what does this mean? Is Arch Evans not interested in carrying on? Is he
just not able to do anything with it right now? Can someone step in and
give him a hand? What can we do to help?

I've tried repeatedly to email Arch... no response....
One of his acquaintances says, "don't worry about it"
sad...
