Don,  thanks for offering to send a few scans of pages in the instruction manual.  I have replied to your e-mail.

I've checked out Ryan's website and found a few interesting photos of his shifter.  It looks like his is made up of parts of the original shift handle and the original shift tube.  I can't tell how the shift tube in supported underneath the floor.  I hope Ryan and other Kelmark owners do provide some input.
