[V8Vairs] Electric Power Rack & Pinion steering

The new Mini Coopers (BMW) come with electric/hydralic assist rack and 
pinion.  Did a trans R&R on one and noticed it.  Pretty slick little unit, 
uses sensors in the steering wheel to turn the electric pump on/off.  They 
are probably some in the salvage yards if one wanted one bad enough
