If you need bleeder valves, MR2s have a couple. Pull-a-part usually has one
or 2 MR2s in their yard. 

I believe the best way is to install a tee pipe with a cap so that it
becomes the highest point in the system. Kind of like a permanent funnel. 

Even if the radiator isn't flat, if the cap isn't the highest point in the
system, when the cap is removed, the coolant will flow out until it's level
with the opening, making a mess.
