[V8Vairs] Engine Install Status

Guys:

Yesterday and today I installed the engine, tranny, transfer case, and hooked 
up the rear suspension.

Rick Norris, thanks for sharing the part numbers/diminsions of the Summit 
aluminum tube/heim joint ends for the rear differential support;  they worked 
like a charm!  I also used those for the lower link.

A big BIG thanks to Steve Goodman, who made one house call last weekend, and 
2 house calls this weekend.
