[V8Vairs] Thermostat

First complaint I have ever seen about a V8vair running too cold!  The
thermostat in my TPI motor is 195.

What temperature thermostat do you guys use in your V8VAIRs?  Ive got a 400
horse 350 SBC and I think its running a bit cold, it usually runs right at
180,  trying to get some efficency out of this thing!
