Wilwood has a small, lightweight clutch master cylinder with a 3/4" bore
that lists for $54. 260-1304.  It's only $46 at Summit. They have about an
$8 flat shipping and handling cost. The matching slave cylinder has a 7/8"
bore.

Tilton has 15/16 master cylinder kits that sell for around $60 and come with
an assortment of reservoirs. The kits have adapters so the reservoir can be
remotely mounted.  185-937M  This page has a nice illustration but I've seen
shops sell the kits for less.
