[V8Vairs] Thought- Cooling Pipes

Okay, the light bulb comes on.  Funny how I get focused on one part of the
system and forget the purpose of the system.  20 feet of  1.5" tubing holds
about 15 pounds of water. Using 2" tubing holds 27 pounds of water.  In
addition to providing added cooling surface area, it would be low in the
chassis without adding significant weight (0.01% of the total car weight).
