Good Question! I have seen them both ways. Does anybody have further
information?

Subject: [SCG] windshield washer fluid bottle bracket
When I acquired my '63 Monza coupe the windshield washer fluid bottle bore
an incorrect (i.e. non-stock) label. I acquired from Clark's the correct
label and a new bottle upon which to adhere the label. The new bottle came
with
its own mounting bracket. I have noticed that the mounting bracket that
came
with the car (I'm not saying it is original) is much less shiny than the
one
that came with Clark's new bottle. The one currently in the car looks dull
like galvanized steel (I'm not saying that's what it's made of, merely that
the dullness of the metal reminds me of the look of galvanized steel)
whereas
the new one with the new Clark's bottle is shiny like chrome or stainless
steel. Anyone out there know which is more correct, stock-like or original
in
appearance?
Thanks!
~Bill Stanley
