Originally, the roster was sent in the newsletter. Today in the age of all the social media communication, we feel it is necessary to protect the private information of our members. If the roster is printed in the newsletter, that private information can be accessed by anyone checking out our website and reading the newsletter, where the roster would be published in. We are proposing the roster will be sent in the list-serve for members only. Attached is the copy of the By-law section with the proposed change. Please review it. </div><div style="font-size:12.8px;text-decoration-style:initial;text-decoration-color:initial">If you have any questions or comments, please send them directly to the board members. This is considered the first reading of the proposed change. There will be another review and a second reading sent to the membership.
