[PPCC] PPCC Member in Need of Free or Really Cheap Parts!

I talked to him yesterday.
Sounds like he¹s been working on Corvairs all his life, so he is confident
he can do the work.  I understand that his grandfather was one of the
founding members of RMC.

Here is what I¹ve offered.

Plug Wires
Fan Belt
Oil Filter
$25 Rock Auto gift certificate to help with purchase of parts.

The starter is the big thing.  It had a broken nose, and has gone missing.
Anybody got a serviceable or rebuildable unit they could donate?  Brake
parts would be next.  He wants to rebuild the master and wheel cylinders.
Once we determine the condition of the shoes, he might need other brake
parts.
 
What would also help him, would be work.  He learned the construction trade
from working in his family¹s construction business  so he can do pretty much
anything around a job site.  His specialty is trim work.

He lives in north Denver around 52nd and Federal.
