Garrie,
I would appreciate it. I want to join a club but have been so busy trying to get a business started. I can send you any pictures that you want of this car to detail the condition. I purchased it in a package with another car and the way he had it for inspection I could not see the floor pans on the passenger side. I always wanted a Corsa turbo and that is the car that I will build next. I just think this car deserves a proper restoration and I want it to go to someone that appreciates it. I have family in Taos, that is a beautiful area for a drive.
Thank you,
Allen

Allen,
I guess I would have to look at this Corvair myself.
I don't know if you are a member of national, or local Corvair Clubs, but I can fwd your info to about 130 people in Denver and Co Spgs Corvair Clubs.
We just met last weekend in Taos NM with about 40 roadworth Corvairs from UT, NM, CO and it was a blast.
I have a '69 also.
Regards,
Garrie Fox

Garrie,
There is rust starting on the lower front fenders and bottoms of the doors at the front. The driver side floor pans will need replaced as well as the lower driver side quarter and lower windshield.I priced the panels through Clarks and it is less than 500 for all the metal. If you can do it yourself you can have a rust free and ready for paint Corvair for a reasonable price. It is number 101 of 6000 produced in 69 I read that less than 2000 were Monzas but I am not sure how reliable that is. All the 1969 only tinted glass is good and the interior will need little besides a headliner and carpet. There is on seam that come loose in the drivers seat that can be re stitched. It is all original and stock with only missing parts that I know of is the passenger side rear window chrome, and trunk lock cylinder. The only dent that I see is in the deck lid and I will include a good one with purchase.
Thank you,
Allen

Thank You Richard Allen!
Please tell me about any rust on this Corvair body, i.e. quarter panels, below the windshield etc. body damage that might require repair? Is all the glass in good shape?

Garrie Fox

It needs the fuel system cleaned.... I could possibly deliver for 100. I have to use the trailer for the vintage drags this weekend but other than that it's open. I can also get it running good enough to drive but the price might go up as well. Thanks for the interest, Allen
