Attached is a first draft spread sheet of Vair Fair income and expenses. 
Actually there are two but ignore the first and open the second one.  I
can't seem to cancel the first one or delete it from this E-mail.   I
have tied the spread sheet  to the checking account so you can see the
whole picture.  I believe we still have $400 or $500 in the Pay Pal
account so when I get that I will add it.  Meanwhile look over the sheet
for accuracy or omissions.  No comments about format unless you what to
do this yourself.

Again, if you have any money coming from Vair Fair expenses, either mail
them to me or see me at Saturday's membership meeting.

Remember, what you see as a gain does not take into account all the
personal contributions our club members made to this event.  For example
all the food was in the hospitality room was contributed by members such
as the Birks and Buels and others.  This just one example as I know there
were other contributions made in other areas such as the raffle gifts,
etc.
