[FC] gas question

My '61 Rampy is the first FC I've owned. Whenever I make a right hand turn gas wants to slosh out the filler pipe onto the bodywork. I made an extra gasket form  gasket paper and installed that but to no avail Any ideas here?Tim W '61 140 4 speed Rampy
