If the closet radial match to the original 700 x 14 bias tires is 185/80/14. According to http://tire-size-conversion.com/tire-size-calculator/ , the best choice in 15" is the 205/65/15, but a 205/60/16 is nearly a dead-on match in diameter and circumference to 185/80/14.
