[FC] Two things about the Power Glide shifter

Nice pic Bryan, but now, mostly because I, too, am curious, does anyone 
have a pic of an original, stock, complete (with bezel) dash shifter? 
Tell us what year it is if you post, please.

And, noting the two different shifter knobs and levers that have been 
displayed, was there a change in years, models, or something, and if so, 
when was it?
