part way down ...

Is it a splice where the column was cut to make the wheel and all fit?

Have to pull that Rivey wheel and see what is'nt there for the 
cancelling mechanism disfunction -- the stock cam probably doesn't fit 
that wheel without some adaptation -- nice wheel though.
